All the html design I've done have been with the following tools:
	Using Linux xv xfig ppm tools Using OS/2 Corel Draw 3.0 (but not for the fancy effects!) Ok...I did a few buttons with PhotoShop. Get off my back!

A typical shell script which creates alternate source trees A perl script which de-gifs graphics-happy html pages. A handy Unix process killer (for those w/o "killall") A backup automator for Windows NT. A rudimentary cellular automata program. A rudimentary 3d cellular automata program. For POVray, a multiple file animator. A shell script to batch convert ppm files. A shell script to batch convert gif files. A MaxPlus+II demo file. A demo Xlib program which has some 3D primitives A debug program for use with an Altera Flex 8000 Chip. A perl script for converting long filenames to short. Another perl script" for updating the URLs in pages whos filenames were converted by the previous program. Neither work well. They are just quick weekend hacks :) So, you want more Perl? Don't know why. But, I know you miss good old C code. This is a file used in conjunction with the cellular automata program.
