The Neutral Worlds

Neutral Worlds:

Everywhere. There are even neutral worlds in the middle of the Orisian empire. Not many, but untouched for plenty of reasons. (Trade, feasability, and politics all play hardball on these worlds particular to Orisian space.)

Neutral worlds are instrumental in keeping economic harmony, since, just by looking at the Cyran empire, all the ingrown businesses there could never happen in neutral space. Also, neutral worlds make up over half the sector's trade. Since the Orisians don't trade with anyone, every neutral world they take is better and better defended by Cyrans and other neutral worlds.
